Did you not receive your order, were items missing or damaged?

Please contact Kay@Sew-What.fun describing the issue within 72 hours of receiving your shipment and we will issue a refund for the missing items or send you a replacement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Unfortunately, unless there is a problem with your order we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales on patterns, cut fabric and trim are final.

SHIPPING RATES (USPS for US domestic shipping only)
$9.00 - orders under $50.00
$18.00 - orders over $50.00

All orders are shipped and insured via USPS Priority Mail during normal business hours. You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail from the Rain Point of Sale system after placing your order. After your order ships you will receive a second set of e-mails from the Rain POS and Stamps.com (our shipping service) to let you know that your order is on its way, with a USPS tracking number. We ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it and will let you know via e-mail if we are unable to do this.

At this time we only ship to the United States.
